The Grinch Porites

The Grinch Porites (Porites sp) is a small polyp stony coral (SPS) that will encrust over the substrate and extend vertical branches upwards. As with most other SPS coral they require stable parameters within recommended ranges. They are best suited to medium to high light and medium to high flow conditions. Too little flow can cause detritus to build up on the coral tissue and cause harm to the colony.
